Jersey has a number of landmarks that require some attention if you’re visiting the island. From the ruins of Grosnez castle with its stunning ocean backdrop, to the lighthouse at La Corbière, these sites make a great coastal walk. Alternatively, take a trip to Les Écrèhous and Les Diroulles, the extensive rocky intertidal areas of warm water that houses a variety of wildlife, from seals to seabirds.

Whether you want to spend a day out on the water or up in the air, there’s so much to try. It’s a great location for surfers, with the main break on the west coast surf beach at St Ouen’s Bay, but there’s also plenty of space for those who just want to lie back and relax on a sandy beach.

The Shops in St Helier

Combining city style fashion and village style charm, the town at St Helier is charmingly compact. It’s not, however, low on options. With a number of designer boutiques and high street shops right next door to each other – not to mention a number of places to stop for a coffee – this is the perfect place for a relaxing day of retail therapy.
